Laila has handled several legal matters for me, all of which were civil, but one case had criminal consequences if had we not been successful in defending it. Someone lied on me to get a TPO issued to try and force me from my residence. Once we were in court, Laila skillfully questioned all the witnesses and she was able to show the judge this woman was lying and abusing the court system. The judge dismissed the TPO and the woman was so unnerved by Laila’s presentation, she had to be escorted out of the courtroom by the deputies.
